In
the Momeory of Duangkamol

- 8 December 2003 |
To P’ Aom … Thai movie scene’s authority
Though you have departed, your creation will
reside in our hearts, forever. |

Duangkamol Limcharoen
Daughter of Jaroon Limcharoen, MD, P’ Aom
Duangkamol Limcharoen was born on the 24th
of August 1964. She was a capable and strong
woman of the Thai movie industry, cherishing
and being devoted to the motion picture
art.
“Today,
I feel that the only thing I am proud of,
should I have to pass away, is that I do
not have to bear any guilt. Suppose I have
a mediocre film handy, as a producer standpoint,
I cannot rest until I have achieved something
to reward that film. From now on, I will
not be ashamed, for I am proud of all the
work I’ve done.”
This is probably her last interview, further
establishing her passion for filmmaking,
even in her last moments… The 8th December
2005 is the day she left for evermore, but
all stories, all memories, are engraved
in our hearts, forever.
